Napoleon Williams created N.A.P.O. Entertainment in 2003 as a PR and music consultant agency, to help artist and songwriters with producers and record companies. The company now manages and produces artists in the San Francisco Bay Area, which is currently a hot bed for new talent.

Born in Mississippi in 1967 and learning everything possible about the business of music, has started him on a successful career path. In 1988 he began producing using a Vestex 4-track recorder which later landed him a recording contract with a local recording label. "I was very serious about this back in the 80's, and still am today. But it grew to be more of a challenge and interest to me, that's why I decided to take the personal management approach to this to help artists and guide them with the development of their careers. You see longevity goes a long way in this business and I just want to be able to live up to it. That's why I do what I do."
